Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+ or equivalent).
• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts.
• Diagnose circuit issues using router commands and troubleshooting methods.
• Monitor network performance using specialized tools.
• Maintain incident tickets using Remedy.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network.
