Job summary

TRISTAR seeks an experienced Software Integration Engineer to support a DoD software development and integration program in a primarily Windows enterprise environment. You will install, configure, and validate software builds, containerized deployments, and system integrations across OpenShift, VMware, and AD DS landscapes.

The role requires DoD experience, strong Windows administration skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable software releases and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (CS/IT/SE) required.
• Experience integrating, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based software.
• Experience with DoD or federal program environments preferred.
• OpenShift/Kubernetes administration and deployment experience.
• Strong AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Windows AD DS including domain membership and policies.
• Deploy and troubleshoot containerized apps using OpenShift in Windows environments.
• Support software deployment and releases across engineering, test, and production environments.
• Validate software builds, patches, and system updates in the baseline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integration and testing.
