Job summary

Paycom seeks a Web Developer / Graphics Design Specialist to develop and maintain intranet and public websites, ensuring 508 and WCAG AA accessibility and compliance with DoD publishing standards.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an Active Secret clearance (Tier 3/T3R), and DoD 8140/8570.01-M baseline certification prior to performance, with CE certification within six months of appointment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R).
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification required before performance, with CE certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intranet and public websites and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain intranet sites using Government portal or web development tech.
• Maintain public-facing sites per DoD policy and Army publishing standards with PAO approval and change log.
• Ensure Section 508 and WCAG AA accessibility compliance.
• Coordinate content updates with department owners and subject matter experts; mitigate vulnerabilities.
