Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries supports NSWCDD DNA and provides enterprise management and technical support for the CIO over the RDT&E core infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will maintain operating systems and related software/hardware for the CIO enclave, working in a small team to ensure end-to-end service delivery.

The role requires DoD Top Secret clearance, 5+ years in DoD system administration, a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, and experience with STIG reviews, Active

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD environments and governing security protocols.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise OS deployments and related software/hardware.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGs and DoN/NAVSEA policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine development, testing, implementation and maintenance of operating systems and related software/hardware for NSWCDD DNA CIO and RDT&E enclave.
• Manage server/ enterprise service end-to-end from end user to core server.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to support automation and reporting.
• Troubleshoot system and network performance issues and analyze capacity requirements.
• Interface with vendor support for escalation during outages or degraded performance.
• Maintain security compliance and posture per DISA STIGs, DoN, NAVSEA and local policies.
