Qualifications

• Experience developing training products (POI, lesson plans, student guides) per TRADOC 350-70 and the ADDIE process.
• Ability to coordinate fielding events and logistics with the Gaining Unit.
• Experience managing training teams and ensuring compliance with government guidance.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and maintain training products, including Programs of Instruction (POI), Instructor Lesson Plans, and Student Guides, in accordance with United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70 and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
• TPF Coordination: Plan and coordinate fielding and NET events, develop New Materiel In-Briefs (NMIB), and manage all logistics coordination with the Gaining Unit (GU).
• Manage training team, monitor and evaluate training program to ensure it is effective and ensure compliance with guidance provided by the government.
