Job summary

FEDITC, LLC in the Ft. Leonard Wood, MO area is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead the design, development, and fielding of DoD training products, including programs of instruction, lesson plans, and student guides, aligned with TRADOC Regulation 350-70.

The role requires an active T1 background clearance, US citizenship, and experience applying the ADDIE model to government training programs, coordinating fielding events, and managing a training team to ensure government

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD/DoD training environments.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and instructional design for government programs.
• Ability to coordinate training events and fielding logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain training products (POI, Instructor Lesson Plans, Student Guides).
• Plan and coordinate fielding and NET events; manage logistics with the Gaining Unit.
• Lead and evaluate training team to ensure compliance with government guidance.
