Job summary

Dark Wolf is seeking a Test Planner and Manager (TPM) to lead its Test & Evaluation efforts across DoD programs. You will translate operational needs into structured test plans, define MOPs/MOEs, and align modeling, simulation, and range methodologies with regulatory requirements.

This hybrid role requires up to 30% travel in the Southwest region, US citizenship with Secret clearance, and a track record of guiding non-traditional acquisition pathways.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD or national security test planning and management.
• Experience with CSOs and OTAs.
• Engineering literacy in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes (airworthiness, spectrum, safety, cyber).
• Excellent executive writing, briefing, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• US Citizenship and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end test strategies and architectures.
• Embed T&E requirements and evidence into acquisition pathways.
• Navigate regulatory gating to secure approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors, PMs, and Service test organizations.
• Draft clear test plans and executive-level documentation.
