Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Cyber Resiliency Test Engineer to support TMAS3 and 48 CTS/TGE at Eglin AFB, FL. The role centers on cyber test planning, system security analysis, vulnerability identification, and survivability strategies across DoD systems.

This full-time, on-site position requires a Master's degree, 10+ years of experience, and the ability to travel ~30%. Expect involvement in MBCRAs, DT&E, CVPA, and A&A activities while shaping cyber test policy and guidance.

Qualifications

Clearance: Active Top Secret is required.
Master's degree in a technical discipline (CS, cybersecurity, IS) or engineering.
10+ years in cybersecurity, aircraft/weapon systems, or IT systems.
Significant understanding of DoD acquisition and test & evaluation processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 30% and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Develop cyber test strategies integrated with acquisition, development, deployment and test plans.
Document MBCRAs, CVPA, and Adversarial Assessments with repeatable processes.
Support DT&E/OT&E activities across aircraft, munitions, C4ISR and IT systems.
Prepare requirements for TEMP, SOWs, and other acquisition documents.
Provide DoD cyber test guidance and serve as policy input for survivability testing.
