Job summary

AGE Solutions LLC is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support a DoD customer in Alexandria, VA. The TOPM will manage large task orders, coordinating with the KO and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of schedules and technical solutions.

The role requires PMP certification, 5+ years of leadership experience, and a SECRET clearance with Tier 5 investigation. Compensation starts at $95,000+ with strong benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 5 years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of related experience.
• Must have Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
• SECRET clearance with Tier 5 investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) describing approach, resources and controls.
• Conduct Kick-off and In-Process Reviews with government stakeholders.
• Develop Transition Plan, 8570/8140 report, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Create, review and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
• Develop and manage the Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS) with milestones and resources.
• Allocate contractor personnel and manage staffing and performance.
• Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks.
• Communicate daily project status to PMs and POCs.
• Attend and support Daily Scrum and other required meetings.
