The role involves inspecting maintenance, repair, and logistics activities to ensure compliance with Army manuals, safety, and quality standards, with responsibilities spanning in-process and final inspections. The position requires reading technical manuals, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document findings and coordinate corrective actions with technicians and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in quality control or related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of maintenance, repair, fabrication, and logistics activities.
• Verify compliance with manuals, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Identify deficiencies and document findings for corrective actions.
• Ensure rework is completed to required standards and provide quality reports.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to validate readiness.
• Review and verify maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.
• Support internal audits, external inspections, and government reviews.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technicians to resolve quality issues.
