Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- US Citizenship required
- 10+ years of DoD technology evaluation experience
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline
- Experience with microelectronics, quantum, hypersonics, or autonomy modernization priorities
- Ability to evaluate complex contractor/prototype test results and proposals
- Strong executive-level briefing and technical writing skills for senior DoD leadership
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced DoD technology evaluations and TRL assessments.
- Provide engineering oversight for prototype development across modernization priorities.
- Develop roadmaps and transition plans for technology demonstrations.
- Coordinate with DoD labs, agencies, and contractors to assess readiness and risk.
- Prepare executive briefing packages for senior DoD leadership.
