Job summary

CACl expects a Systems Engineer Lead to guide cross‑functional teams in designing and integrating DoD intelligence, EW, and cyber systems. You will drive requirements analysis, architecture trade studies, and verification activities across the full lifecycle.

Master's degree plus 10+ years in systems engineering and a TS/SCI eligibility are required. Strong writing and communication skills, and collaboration with government customers are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional systems engineering experience.
• Experience with DoD systems integration and lifecycle processes.
• Proficient in requirements analysis and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary engineering teams in the development and integration of non-IT engineering systems including hardware, communications, cyber, electrical, and mechanical solutions.
• Conduct system-level verification and validation activities including test planning, test execution, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts including requirements specifications, ICDs, system architecture documents, and technical performance measures.
• Support Engineering Review Boards, TIMs, and program milestone reviews.
• Perform supportability and effectiveness analyses to optimize total system performance.
• Apply IEEE 15288, EIA 632, or DoD SE guidelines.
