Job summary

ManTech seeks a motivated System Administrator to join our Air Force / Space team at Eglin AFB. The role focuses on administering systems for the Partner Support Complex, providing technical support for classified networks and operational personnel.

Responsibilities include patching, system compliance, and coordinating with ISSO for data transfers. Requires DoD 8570 IAT II or higher, 6+ years of related experience, and strong proficiency with Windows Server and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years may substitute for degree.
• 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• DoD 8570 IAT, Level II or higher required.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux servers, Hyper-V/VMware/ESXi hypervisors, enterprise networking, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Determine hardware, software, and system specifications and configurations.
• Patch and maintain system compliance across assigned environments.
• Plan, install, configure, and troubleshoot Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Linux servers across networks.
• Provide user support for accounts, applications, desktops, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with ISSO for data transfers and media creation as needed.
• Assist with account creation/modification and liaise with back-office admins.
