Job summary

TechFlow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program.

You will serve as the primary government interface and provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and execution oversight for a multidisciplinary Agile team. You will ensure successful contract delivery, sustain and improve systems with secure, scalable software, and guide DevSecOps practices within the DoD Software Acquisition Pathway.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering/Business.
5+ years managing DoD software development programs.
PMP or equivalent program management certification.
Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development programs.
Working knowledge of the DoD Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP).
Experience supporting Agile software delivery methodologies and SDLC processes.
Experience working within CPARS environment.
Strong understanding of secure software development, DevSecOps, cloud architectures, and modern software engineering practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Interface between TechFlow and Government leadership (COR) and stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direction for contract personnel.
Manage program execution for cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
Lead planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and monitoring across workstreams.
Oversee secure, scalable software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps practices.
Guide DoD SW Acquisition Pathway alignment with customer objectives.
Foster collaboration across engineering, cloud, DB, testing, docs, and Agile PM functions.
Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure DoD policy and cybersecurity compliance.
Prepare executive briefings and status reports.
Support CPARS evaluations and maintain strong customer relationships.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and excellence.
