An established industry player is offering an internship designed to lead to a full-time position in quality control. AMPI owns seven Midwest-based manufacturing plants producing 10 percent of the nation's American-type cheese, processed cheese, and butter. The cooperative's award-winning dairy products are marketed to foodservice, retail, and food ingredient customers. In 2019, it launched the Dinner Bell Creamery brand, emphasizing over 50 years of partnership with dairy farm families.
This internship offers a learning program designed to potentially lead to a full-time role similar to the one described below. DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from AMPI, as they continue to receive military pay and benefits.
