This program provides hands-on experience in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity, with salary and benefits funded through DoD. Ideal candidates are currently serving in the military, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and eager to translate military experience into civilian tech

Qualifications

• Requires active duty service member eligible for SkillBridge program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and apply military experience to civilian tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project tasks including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input based on background.
• Gain experience with technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Develop professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
