Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites (driving record required).
• Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including ducting and ventilation.
• Set up equipment for operation and communicate with senior technicians.
• Collaborate with service and commercial HVAC technicians.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
