Duration: SkillBridge Internship (Up to 180 Days)

Eligibility Requirement: Active-duty U.S. military member within 180 days of separation, with commander’s intent to approve participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program for 90–180 days.

About the Role:

As a Microsoft Power Apps Specialist at Elevait Solutions, you'll design and implement low-code/no-code business applications that address real-world problems for internal stakeholders and clients. You’ll play a key role in optimizing operations, streamlining workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a transitioning servicemember with systems thinking, process improvement skills, and familiarity with modern Microsoft tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Automate workflows and integrate data sources using Power Platform connectors.
• Customize and extend applications using formulas, expressions, and scripting as needed.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with project leads, business analysts, and clients to iterate and improve applications.
• Maintain documentation and training materials to support adoption and long-term usage of applications.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements, best practices, and licensing considerations.
