Job summary

11 Series Energy offers a DoD SkillBridge Construction Project Manager Intern position, remote/hybrid with U.S. locations and some travel.

The program includes safety and federal construction training, PM training, and real-world experience supporting construction and energy projects. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, extensive construction project management experience, and familiarity with federal standards (USACE/NAVFAC/VA/NIH).

Qualifications

Active-duty U.S. military members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge program.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of construction project management experience.
Experience managing federal government construction projects.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software.
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field personnel.
Lead project meetings with owners, government representatives, design teams, and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
