Job summary

mbsolutionsinc seeks a Site Operations Manager to oversee Fort Bliss warehouse or Huntsville analytical operations under the DoD PWS framework. You will lead the site workforce, ensure contract performance, and coordinate daily activities to meet priorities.

The role requires a strong background in logistics or analytical team leadership, with proven DoD leadership experience and an active SECRET clearance. You will report to program leadership and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in physical logistics operations or leading analytical teams.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a DoD environment.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Fort Bliss warehouse or Huntsville analytical operations.
• Direct and supervise site personnel to ensure successful execution of PWS tasks and contract requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to achieve priorities and performance objectives.
• Maintain accountability for workforce performance, productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure site activities meet contract requirements, Government policies, and standards.
• Serve as the primary site-level leadership interface for operational matters.
• Communicate site performance, staffing, risks, and concerns to program leadership.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges that could affect performance.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support changing priorities.
• Promote communication and collaboration among employees, leadership, Government, and stakeholders.
• Monitor tasks and provide status updates and documentation.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and mission effectiveness.
• Perform additional site management responsibilities as required.
