Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management or Data Analytics.
• 7+ years of professional experience in physical logistics operations or leading analytical teams.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Fort Bliss warehouse or Huntsville analytical operations.
• Supervise site personnel to meet PWS tasks and contract requirements.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to meet priorities and performance objectives.
• Maintain accountability for workforce performance, productivity, quality and compliance.
• Serve as the primary site leadership interface for operational matters.
• Communicate site performance, staffing requirements, risks and concerns to program leadership.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges affecting contract performance or mission requirements.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support changing priorities and workload.
• Promote collaboration among employees, leadership, Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Monitor tasks and provide status updates, performance information, and documentation.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to assigned personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and mission effectiveness.
• Perform additional site management responsibilities as required.
