Job summary

PingWind, Inc. seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead daily operations at Fort Bliss, TX, ensuring safety, efficiency and mission readiness for the DoD contract. You will manage the site workforce and translate priorities into actionable tasks, coordinating with the Program Manager and Government representatives.

Requirements include strong leadership, 7+ years in logistics leadership, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; DoD experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, supply chain, logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in physical logistics, warehouse operations, or DoD-related supply chain leadership.
• At least 3 years of leadership supervising DoD-related programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements for federal contracts.
• Experience with Army logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fort Bliss warehouse operations or Huntsville analytical operations.
• Lead day-to-day site workforce activities and supervision.
• Ensure PWS tasks, requirements, and performance standards are met on schedule.
• Translate PM and Government priorities into site-level work.
• Plan staffing, workload, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor performance, attendance, quality, and compliance.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with PM and Government on performance and issues.
• Maintain communication with employees and stakeholders.
