Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience or 10 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Familiarity with DoD childcare background check policies.
• Successful completion of OPM Fundamentals course within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations of diagnostic workstations.
• Develop suitability and fitness policy and manage compliance.
• Draft, review, and revise policies, SOPs, and implementation plans.

Skills

Knowledge of OPM suitability standards

Expertise in DoD/OPM suitability adjudication

Database management and reporting skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
