Job summary

GDIT seeks a Compliance Systems Administrator in Tampa, FL to strengthen enterprise security by implementing and managing cybersecurity compliance controls. The role focuses on DoD/DoW standards, system maintenance, patching, and configuration of security measures across Windows Server environments.

The candidate will remediate findings from ACAS/Tenable, STIGs, and CTOs, document mitigations, and produce leadership updates on compliance posture while maintaining comprehensive system

Qualifications

• Applicable intermediate DoD 8140/8570 certification or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline or 3 years of related military/IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Remediate security findings from ACAS/Tenable, STIG assessments and other outputs through hands-on patching and troubleshooting on Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Implement and maintain compliance with STIGs, CTOs, OPORDs and related directives.
• Build, deploy, secure and maintain server applications and proprietary software per security best practices.
• Develop and document POA&Ms for vulnerabilities not immediately remediable.
• Install, configure, and manage SecureView for multi-level security and PKI requirements.
