Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking a Security Analyst for the CPE Ground Program at Fort Belvoir, VA on site. An active Secret clearance is required.

The role spans multi-disciplinary security tracks, workforce compliance, PERSEC, INDUSEC, OPSEC, and program protection metrics, delivering data-driven reporting to leadership.

You will work within DoD security programs, use systems like DISS, PSIP, APACS, ICAM and AESIP, and coordinate investigations, training, and foreign travel vetting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive DoD security program experience.
• Expertise with DoD security frameworks and OPSEC metrics.
• Strong knowledge of ICAM, AESIP, and DISS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security operations metrics and prepare briefings.
• Manage PERSEC, INDUSEC, and OPSEC security tracks on site.
• Coordinate personnel security investigations and background checks (PSIP, DD2875, APACS).
