Five Stones Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Analyst to support the DoD program lifecycle. This full-time role focuses on requirements development, data management, configuration management, and CRP/CDRL activities.

You will coordinate CM/DM documents, manage data baselines, participate in audits and reviews, and work with an integrated product team to ensure compliance with ASME Y14 and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with CM/DM processes and CRPs.
• Ability to perform detailed calculations and assess system concepts.
• Strong documentation and government contracting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end acquisition lifecycle support per statement of work.
• Perform data management: reporting, analysis, fault resolution, and CDRL tracking.
• Develop and coordinate CM/DM CRPs, including CDRLs and DSLs.
• Facilitate CRP and engineering change activity reviews for DoD boards.
• Establish and control CM data baselines, ensuring ASME Y14 compliance.
• Review configuration status accounting data against approved changes.
• Support Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
• Manage CDRL delivery reviews, data rights markings, and export controls.
• Prepare and participate in technical briefings and major program reviews.
• Serve on the Integrated Product Team to represent CM interests.
