The role collaborates with SCRUM teams, developers, and program management to validate functional requirements and expand automation testing capabilities.

Responsibilities include designing and executing test cases across functional, integration, and regression phases, maintaining QA artifacts, and conducting root-cause

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience or equivalent
• Associate's degree with at least 6 years of experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent with substantial higher education and 6+ years of experience
• Certification options include SCRUM, Leading SAFe, T&E, automation, AI in T&E

Responsibilities

• Validate functional requirements with SCRUM teams, developers, and program management
• Apply DoD-style testing processes from requirements to findings
• Design, write, and execute functional, integration, and regression test cases
• Identify and track software defects and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality goals and deliverables
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated testing scripts to increase coverage
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Ensure QA activities comply with regulatory requirements and audits
