Caelum Research Corporation seeks an Information Technologist I to deliver IT and knowledge management services for the U.S. Army Fire Center of Excellence at Fort Sill, OK. The role includes client administration for Microsoft desktop systems and hands-on support for standard applications and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities cover Intune account management, imaging, troubleshooting, and documentation. Requires an associate degree or 3 years of related IT experience, plus DoD security

Qualifications

• Associate's degree OR 3 years of directly related IT field experience in desktop support or network administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of client support in a Windows-based environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 apps for end-user support.
• DoD security standards knowledge and ability to work on-site at Fort Sill.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT and knowledge management services for USAFCOE Fort Sill and units.
• Manage Intune accounts, devices, and configurations; support Microsoft desktop systems.
• Troubleshoot user issues via phone, remote control, and on-site visits.
• Maintain OS and applications per Army standards, apply patches and security fixes.
• Create/update SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation.
