Qualifications

- DoD Real Estate and DoD space use standards knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Manage and process real estate in-grant and out-grant actions per DoD requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for property records and reports.
- Execute disposal actions for excess land or facilities in accordance with laws.
- Prepare and submit capitalization documents to update real property records.
