ISPA Technology, LLC in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. You will manage Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and VMware environments, perform patching, automation, and vulnerability remediation, and ensure cybersecurity compliance in a DoD/C2 context.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and scripting, plus familiarity with ACAS/Nessus, SCAP, and STIGs. This role emphasizes hardening and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Linux (RHEL 8/9).
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Bash for automation.
• Experience with patch management, system troubleshooting, and configuration management.
• Experience supporting virtualized server environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server, RHEL 8/9, VMware VMs and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop, package, test, and deploy OS and application patches, security updates, and IAVA remediations.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible for patching, configuration management, deployment, and remediation.
• Test patches and config changes in lab/staging to ensure compatibility, stability, security, and minimal downtime.
• Support vulnerability scanning, system hardening, and remediation using ACAS/Nessus, SCAP, STIG Viewer, and DoD STIGs.
• Support patch distribution and software deployment using Red Hat Satellite and SCCM/MECM.
• Maintain technical documentation, including build procedures, release notes, rollout/rollback plans, and SOPs.
• Support virtualized, containerized, and tactical hardware environments as required.
