Job summary

MartinFed is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of a federal task order. The Project Manager will serve as the primary leader for the Contractor's team and will be responsible for overall performance, coordination, and delivery of work in accordance with contractual requirements.

Please note: This position is contingent upon award and requires United States citizenship with a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with DoD Secret clearance required; DoD experience preferred.
• 8+ years managing complex projects, programs, or federal task orders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing performance, schedules, deliverables, and resources.
• Strong background in project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Government customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contractor's project team and ensure successful performance under the task order.
• Manage day-to-day execution to meet schedules, budgets, and performance goals.
• Provide coordination and control across activities, workstreams, and milestones.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets and labor utilization.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, and government-required documentation.
• Participate in IPRs, reviews, and coordination with Government stakeholders.
• Develop corrective actions and mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with COR, Government PMs, and Contractor leadership.
