Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership/management experience.
• Experience in DoD project/manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in manufacturing operations and processes.
• Ability to generate quality reports.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute multiple technical projects for DoD customers within defined scopes and budgets.
• Develop statements of work, cost proposals, and project timelines for new opportunities.
• Coordinate project time management and budgets up to $1.0 million.
• Develop and manage project costs before and after award.
• Delegate tasks and execute assignments within budget and schedule.
• Expand customer and partner networks within the advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
• Develop and mature customer relationships while meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities among existing and new customers.
• Travel as required, with less than 30% travel expected.
• Work with managers to ensure quality project reporting on budgets and milestones.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers, management, engineers, and technicians.
