Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of PM experience on DoD or federal IT contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT domains.
• Ability to brief Government leadership and produce executive docs.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent plus five years PM experience.
• PMP certification or DAU Level III PM equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management activities and deliver project schedules for initiatives and transitions under the direction of the IT PMO Lead.
• Provide weekly status updates on all initiatives and maintain accurate status on SharePoint and PROMIS or equivalent.
• Track initiative tasks in Remedy/Helix and document effort, time, and resources.
• Create or update documentation supporting each initiative, including O&M plans and RMF artifacts.
• Coordinate Platform Service tasks for backups, monitoring, and patching.
• Develop and present project briefs to JPH/JSP Leadership.
• Apply PMI/PMBOK and ITIL service transition principles.
