Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Management Specialist in San Diego to support Navy IT programs. You will assist PMO leadership, manage cost and performance, and develop schedules and briefings using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Atlassian tools.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD PM and 3+ years with Navy SPCOs, TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree. You will influence program strategy and ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DoD Program Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Navy Systems Program Office (NAVWAR/NavSea/NavAir).
• Experience creating briefings/reports for senior government executives.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO leadership with research and development of projects within a corporate program.
• Collaborate with program leadership to manage cost and performance for Navy IT systems.
• Use Excel to track information and manage integrated schedules; Word for technical documents; PowerPoint for presentations.
• Lead risk and opportunity management across the Program Management Office.
