Absolute Business Solutions Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to support the U.S.

Army’s Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Headquarters at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The selected candidate will report to ABSC’s Executive Vice President of Programs and provide leadership, direction, administration, quality assurance, and overall management of ABSC personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Minimum of 14 years of experience managing Government programs, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
• OR Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Project Management Professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Estimates at Completion: work with finance to develop accurate estimates and align forecasts with funding and timelines.
• Deliver customer deliverables: ensure reports, CDRLs, plans, dashboards meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee invoicing: manage invoicing processes in line with contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan including WBS, schedule, risk, and metrics.
• Lead program team members, coordinate with government and contractors to meet objectives.
• Monitor staffing, onboarding, retention, and timekeeping via Deltek systems.
• Conduct monthly PM assessments to evaluate progress, performance, and risks.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to minimize impact on cost, schedule, and performance.
