Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead the anticipated USCENTCOM CCJ8 Decision Support, Analytical & Data/AI Integration Services program at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. The PM will serve as the main interface with USCENTCOM CCJ8 leadership, CO, and COR, overseeing all contractor personnel and ensuring TOR compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PM with 5+ years on complex DoD/task orders, and possess DoD PPBE/JFRP knowledge, a DoD Secret clearance at minimum, and PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with 5+ years overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary contracts (e.g., $20M+ annual value).
• Proven experience managing integrated data, engineering, and analytical services contracts.
• Experience staffing across CONUS/OCONUS and coordinating across time zones, in austere environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance minimum; Top Secret/SCI desirable.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between contractor team and USCENTCOM CCJ8 leadership, CO, and COR.
• Provide overall management and coordination of contractor personnel to meet TOR requirements.
• Oversee cross-functional integration of technical disciplines and ensure timely support to CCJ8's mission.
• Manage performance against cost, schedule, and quality metrics; present status to leadership.
• Manage staffing across CONUS and OCONUS locations, across time zones and austere environments.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity/DevSecOps, and records management requirements.
• Manage contract financials, including budgeting and funds tracking, per contract type.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, staffing gaps, and capability shortfalls.
