Job summary

First Division Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst IV to support Marine Corps Acquisition, handling program planning, coordination, and execution of cost, schedule, and performance aspects.

You will provide ongoing management, analytical, acquisition, and administrative support across the acquisition lifecycle and interact with government teams and stakeholders in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience supporting DoD programmatic planning, coordination, and execution of cost, schedule, and performance.
• Familiar with DoD acquisition policies, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Officer through all phases of the acquisition lifecycle from requirements development through operations and support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in financial management, systems engineering, test and evaluation, cybersecurity, and logistics.
• Prepare, review, and revise acquisition documentation through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Maintain awareness of program status, execution, and milestones and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Review and assess technical, cost, and schedule data and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate milestone planning by preparing and updating briefing materials and documentation.
• Identify, assess, and document programmatic and technical risks.
• Interact with Government team and stakeholders; attend meetings and provide minutes and briefings.
