Job summary

Platinum Technologies in Northern Virginia seeks a Program Manager for Privacy Information Management to lead technology-enabled privacy programs supporting DoD missions. This role translates privacy requirements into scalable technical workflows and repeatable operational processes across enterprise environments.

You will design and optimize privacy workflows, oversee RMF mappings, and govern PII data lifecycles while collaborating with ISSOs, engineers, and data architects in a hybrid Ft.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management in federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of DoD privacy requirements (Privacy Act, DoD 5400.11-R, OMB A-130).
• Hands-on with RMF, NIST SP 800-53 controls, and GRC tools (Xacta/eMASS).
• Ability to translate legal requirements into technical workflows.
• Experience mapping business processes to system workflows and automating compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end privacy information management capabilities across DoD contexts.
• Design and optimize privacy workflows, PIAs, SORNs, and data flow mapping.
• Integrate privacy requirements into enterprise systems and RMF workflows.
• Develop dashboards to track privacy program maturity and performance.
• Coordinate with system owners, ISSOs, engineers, and data architects.
