Job summary

Fibertek, Inc. in Adelphi, MD is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support Army Research Laboratory programs. You will handle procurement, property, shipping, visitor coordination, timekeeping, and reporting within DoD guidelines, working with program staff and security offices.

The role requires US citizenship, a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for timely action and leadership

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GFEBS, DPAS, ATAAPS, DD Forms 1149 and 1150, and DoD property accountability processes.
• Ability to review requests and supporting records for completeness, recognize discrepancies, and obtain corrections before further processing.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple concurrent actions, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on outstanding requirements.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise status updates and explain documentation requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with government personnel, contractor staff, vendors, and administrative support offices while maintaining responsive, professional customer service.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive information, following established procedures, and referring issues outside assigned responsibilities to the appropriate authority.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Procurement support: Prepare, review, and process purchase requisitions (PRs), including SPS PRs, in GFEBS.
• Property accountability and logistics: Prepare and coordinate property transfers using DD Form 1150 and process property turn-ins.
• Shipping coordination: Review shipping requests and coordinate shipments with ARL shipping department.
• Visitor coordination and support: Process visit requests for U.S. citizens and foreign nationals; manage Form 191 submissions.
• Timekeeping support: Monitor ATAAPS time inputs, send reminders, and coordinate corrections.
• Reporting and action tracking: Maintain trackers and prepare status updates for leadership.
