Qualifications

• Must have DoD cybersecurity experience and compliance.
• Experience administering network and computer systems in a DoD/enterprise environment.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier I and Tier II IT systems.
• Imaging, patching, and configuring classified/unclassified systems.
• SharePoint management and help desk ticketing support.
• Provide customer service via in-person, email, phone, or remote methods.
• Assist with briefing setups, VTCs, and online meetings.
