Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience.
• Active CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred.
• CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA-Junos is a plus.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DoD network multi-vendor environment (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade).
• Monitor, evaluate, and maintain network and system security; review configurations for compliance; investigate violations; suggest security policies and upgrades.
• Maintain system security status under RMF; ensure adherence to security policies and standards.
• Provide network/system vulnerability scanning via HBSS and DISA ACAS.
• Collaborate with end users to configure network multicast/broadcast functionality.
• Generate reports for internal and external customers; perform other duties as assigned.
