Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of DoD enterprise network implementation/engineering experience.
• 3+ years with commercial hardware, networks, and cloud environments.
• 2+ years with network discovery and documenting system requirements.
• Experience with security, routing, and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, VPLS, STP, L3VPNs).
• Experience developing and executing test/implementation plans based on requirements.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical personnel; detail-oriented; multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys and design structured network solutions for voice, data, security, and A/V systems.
• Create engineered drawings, specs, reports and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with teams, clients, vendors and others to develop designs and implementation plans.
• Prepare documentation for installation across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage network device production and architecture design; support implementation.
