Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Network Specialist to support the DoD DHA LAN/WAN at Fort Campbell, KY. On-site troubleshooting and resolution of network issues will be core responsibilities.

The role requires active Secret clearance or higher, OSI model expertise, and DoD 8570.01 compliance with Security+ CE certification. Compensation is tailored to skills and experience with a target range around $80,000–$85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must have OSI layers 1-3 knowledge including TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and routing infrastructure.
• Understanding of security methodologies and DoD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for LAN core and edge switches.
• Troubleshoot network and routing issues across LAN/WAN.
• Support routing, switching, firewalls, and cabling infrastructure.
• Plan and support hardware/software upgrades and issue resolution.
