Job summary

CoAspire is seeking a Lead Integration and Test Engineer for an active DoD missile contract in Fairfax, Virginia. This role involves developing test documentation, conducting testing in diverse environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2-7 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in systems integration, testing, or systems engineering.
• Proven experience with integration and testing of complex DoD systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test documentation and processes.
• Participate in various testing environments including HWIL test beds and government test sites.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DoD customers and stakeholders.
