Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing or supporting DoD or Federal Mentor-Protégé Programs.
• Experience supporting federal small business development initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expert support for the execution of the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program.
• Conduct MPP analysis support, including needs assessments and drafting program content.
• Prepare reports and documentation for government leadership.
