Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Junior Logistics Support Analyst to support the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Delta 11 Logistics Management Team. The candidate will track, inventory, and manage property across IT, COTS, and training equipment in a DoD environment.

Requirements include an Active Secret clearance, 3+ years of DoD logistics experience, and familiarity with APSRs and DoD documentation such as DD Form 1149.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance to access DoD information.
• 3+ years of relevant DoD logistics experience.
• Experience with DoD logistics operations, preferably Air Force or Space Force.
• Knowledge of Government Property Management regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with DoD APSRs and property accountability processes.
• Experience with asset tracking, inventory management, and shipping/receiving.
• Experience preparing DD Form 1149 and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day logistics, property management, and admin support to Space Delta 11 Logistics Office.
• Use APSRs to track, inventory, and maintain accountability of IT, COTS, and range training equipment.
• Assist with property inventory, asset tracking, and equipment accountability.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and property transfer documentation (DD Form 1149 and others).
• Coordinate routine equipment transfers, shipments, receipts, and property movements with government personnel.
• Maintain organized logistics records and supporting files per DoD requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving routine property accountability and logistics discrepancies.
• Support additional logistics and admin activities to maintain Delta 11 mission readiness.
