Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Knowledge Management SME — Logistics Policy to research and analyze DoD supply chain policy for a medical materiel resilience program. You will draft policy, resolve interagency conflicts, and convert policy into execution-ready playbooks for senior leaders in a secure DoD environment.

The role handles CUI and requires US citizenship with an active Secret clearance, plus strong skills in policy drafting and briefing government stakeholders. On-site with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, public policy, health administration, or related field.
• Eight+ years of DoD logistics policy or health readiness policy experience is preferred.
• Experience drafting policy documents and briefing senior government stakeholders.
• US citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CONOPS for supply chain risk management and interagency partnerships.
• Produce recurring risk assessments and recommend mitigations for military health readiness.
• Lead lifecycle management of policy development and maintain administrative records.
• Draft and update logistics policies aligned with directives and national security needs.
• Translate regulatory mandates into actionable doctrine and SOPs.
