Job summary

St. Michael’s is hiring a Management Analyst to support USSOCOM requirements generation within the JCIDS process. You will work in a client-facing role, preparing and reviewing studies and directives to support capability requirements.

Located in Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB onsite), the role requires TS clearance, relevant DoD process experience, and a background in administrative leadership to coordinate with Joint Staff, OSD, and command leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with JCIDS/SOFCIDS or the Defense Acquisition System process.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree with significant admin/management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication for policy reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for USSOCOM requirements generation and management.
• Prepare, edit, and review requirements-related studies and directives.
• Advise and document capability requirements per CJCSI 5123.01 and JCIDS manuals.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff and OSD to document and advocate requirements.
• Monitor Joint Staff FCB Working Groups and related processes.
• Support funding processes, validate requirements, and track IOC/FOC quantities.
