Cherokee Federal is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Civil Engineer Financial Manager with financial data management, budget execution monitoring, and funding document processing. Experience with DoD finance systems and military infrastructure is essential for a smooth transition.

The role requires a CAC and the ability to obtain DoD clearance, with a starting salary range of $80,000–$90,000 and comprehensive benefits. Based at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent from an accredited institution within the 50 United States.
• Minimum five years of financial-analysis experience.
• Minimum three years of military facility or infrastructure experience.
• This position requires a CAC and the ability to pass DoD clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, reconcile, and track funding documents in NexGen IT.
• Ensure funding-document activity aligns with transactions in DEAMS.
• Prepare monthly funding-document status reports showing balances and burn rates.
• Track CES spend plan, obligations, and 80/20 rule compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly budget-execution reviews and status reports.
• Support invoicing and reimbursable reporting.
