Qualifications

• 8+ years as ISSO/ISSM/ISSE/SCAs on classified programs
• Experience supporting RMF activities with EMASS/SNOW/Xacta
• Experience building/maintaining classified networks (SIPRNet/CWAN)
• Ability to build/review Splunk dashboards, searches & audit analysis
• Ability to decompose RMF requirements into technical solutions (JSIG/ICD-503)
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and IAM Level III certification

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity engineering across the full system lifecycle
• Integrate security requirements into architectures, designs & tests
• Conduct security architecture reviews, threat modeling & risk assessments
• Develop security artifacts (STIGs, control traceability, diagrams)
• Assess compliance, evaluate design options & provide mitigations
• Support secure enclave integration including SIPRNet & Type 1 crypto
• Collaborate with ISSOs/ISSMs/program stakeholders throughout development
